Flowers of May

Flowers of May is a poetic documentary that narrates through personal testimonies the events of the Sumpul River massacre, and the survivor’s long struggle to get justice. The summary executions of more than 600 civilians took place in El Salvador on May 13, and May 14, 1980, at the beginning of the Salvadoran Civil War.
