“40 Days to Raise the Roof” Is a short film produced as part of a successful crowd funding campaign in the City of Suchitoto El Salvador. This initiative by the Art Center for Peace, a non-profit institution that promotes a culture of peace through the arts in the country of El Salvador, has the purpose to bring a performing art space to the youth of Suchitoto who, for many years, have been working hard to learn music, dance and film, as part of program that promotes art as a tool to prevent violence among the youth.
This campaign successfully raised a total of $27.000.
